CURRENT CHAPTER
Finance, governance and transformation in a private equity context.
I joined Altea Federation in 2021 as Chief Transformation Officer. Today, as Board Member and Group CFO, my responsibilities span Finance, Legal, Compliance, Strategy and M&A, alongside engagement with shareholders and key stakeholders.
In 2023, I led the process that brought Chequers Capital into the Group as majority shareholder. Since then, I have been involved in more than fifteen acquisitions, supporting the Group’s development through investment, integration and transformation.
